Originally from the UK, since my arrival on Nantucket in 1999 from an IT background in London

I have evolved from a painting company to a full-service property maintenance firm.

This came about when several Paint clients requested my continued service after the completion of their projects in 2003

We currently manage 14 private family properties and 3 commercial properties around the island.

We also service The Naushop Homeowners Association on a year-round basis, providing a comprehensive range of services, including 

Property Maintenance

Pool Maintenance  

Life Guard/Pool Staff/Concierge Staff Service.

My work ranges from routine maintenance repairs to partial remodeling 

Interior/Exterior paint projects of all homes on the island.

Full-time Year-round caretaking.

I have gained my client's trust by responding to their needs in a timely fashion.  To maintain this trusted relationship, I work with a select network of sub-contractors who when needed are responsive to our calls

I endeavor to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
